Matthew Lannetti, Esq.
Matt has more than a decade of experience practicing criminal law. He spent the first 12 years of his career as a prosecutor in the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office where he honed his courtroom skills, trying all types of cases from misdemeanors to serious felonies, child abuse cases, and homicides. For seven years, Matt served as the Chief of the Special Victims Unit, and during his last three years in the office he was Chief Deputy District Attorney. Matt also served as a Special Assistant United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
In addition to his trial experience, Matt has spent significant time working on appellate cases as well. He has argued before en banc panels of the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas, as well as the Superior Court of Pennsylvania. During his time at the District Attorney’s Office, Matt supervised and reviewed numerous appellate cases.
Matt has a deep and intimate knowledge of the criminal justice system that he is ready to put to work for you. He has worked with and trained attorneys and law enforcement officers for more than a decade, and he can put that knowledge and experience to work in your case.

Matt received a B.A. in Criminal Justice cum laude from Temple University where he earned the Criminal Justice Faculty Award and graduated cum laude from the Villanova University School of Law where he was a member of the Moot Court Board. He is plays guitar, loves Philly sports, and lives with his family in Upper Bucks County.
